Wanda Sue Hanan was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 14, 1938 and departed this life on Friday, November 9, 2012 in Oklahoma City at the age of 74 years. Wanda was the daughter of McKinley 'Smokey' and Chloe (Henderson) Burns. Wanda married Bob Hanan on June 1, 1958 in Stroud, Oklahoma and was a member of the Church of Christ in Stroud for many years. She was a homemaker. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter Teresa Hanan. Survivors include: Husband:Bob Hanan of the home One son & daughter in law:Mac & Holly Hanan of Seminole, OK One daughter & son-in-law:Tammie & Richard Thompson of Stroud, Ok Two sisters:Doris Brown of Georgetown, TX Emily Burns of Stroud, OK Six Grandchildren:Rachel Thompson & Matt Shields of Stroud, OK Dakota Thompson of Stroud, OK Zachary Thompson of Stroud, OK Allyson Hanan, McKenna Hanan of Seminole, OK Annette LeGrande of Guthrie, OK Other relatives and friends Funeral service will be held at the Church of Christ in Stroud, Oklahoma on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. with Duane Eggleston officiating. Burial will at the Stroud Cemetery in Stroud, Oklahoma. Under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, OK.
