Virginia Bailey

Virginia Stricklin Bailey was born on September 26, 1919, in Pottawatomie County, OK, and departed this life on Thursday, June 8, 2006, in Prague, OK, at the age of 86. Virginia, the daughter of Luther Franklin and Grace Charlotte Fawcett Bailey, was a resident of Prague. She married Stephen B. 'Steve' Bailey on June 7, 1941 in Prague. He preceded her in death on April 29, 1989. Virginia was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church. Her parents and one son, L. Steven Bailey, also preceded Virginia in death Survivors include grandchildren, Eric Bailey of Shawnee, Tina Stroup of Shawnee, and Steven Dale Byrd; sister-in-law, Mildred Stricklin of Prague; and 3 great-grandchildren.
