Thelma Mae Mason

Thelma Mae Mason a Stroud, Oklahoma resident was born on April 11, 1910, in Paden, Oklahoma and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on July 3, 2004 at the age of 94 years. Thelma was the daughter of Edward and Fannie Taylor Morgan. She married Loren Lee Mason on July 4, 1925. Thelma and her husband owned and operated Mason Furniture Store in Wetumka, Oklahoma and a homemaker. She was a Stroud resident for the past 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband on June 4, 1975. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers; 2 sisters and 1 granddaughter. Survivors include: Three Sons: Tommy & wife Claudene Mason of Glenpool, OK; Carl Mason & wife Viola Mason of Stroud, OK; Loren & wife Sue of Jacksonville, FL; One Daughter: Betty Frances Mason of Weleetka, OK: Twelve Grandchildren: Twenty Eight Great Grandchildren: Five Great Great Grandchildren: One Brother: Melvin Morgan of Mo: Two Sisters: Geraldine Poe of Bakersfields, CA; Lorene Philpot of Haskell, OK: Other relatives and friends.
