Ronald Wayne Freeze, of Paden, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at his home on October 22, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on February 17, 1952, in Paden to Bert and Verny Freeze, Ronald grew up with a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors. He graduated from Paden High School and went on to build a lifelong career in the oilfield and as a truck driver. Ronald also found great joy in working on his farm, where he spent countless hours alongside his loyal dogs.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald “Luke” Freeze and wife Amanda, Benjamin Freeze, and Joseph Freeze and wife Dina; his brother, Riley “Jesse” Freeze; sister, Luella Herndon; and many beloved grandchildren.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Bert and Verny Freeze; his son, Kenneth Freeze; his brother, Gene Freeze; and his granddaughter, Caitlyn Freeze.
Those who knew Ronald will remember his hardworking spirit, his quiet strength, and the simple joy he found in his land, his animals, and his family. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
