Raberta "Bobbie" Lois Hooker

Roberta L Hooker (Bobbie), of Meeker, Oklahoma, passed away at the age of 76 at her home on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Bobbie was born October 2, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lois Opel Schultz and Ira Everet Woten. Bobbie married Dale L Hooker in Oklahoma City and the two were married for 43 years.

Bobbie and Dale made their home in the Meeker / Prague area for 34 years. She loved her country life and all her animals. Bobbie worked in the nursing home and convenience store industry for many years. She had two sons, Shane Swazey and Cody Burchfield.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, a baby boy Jarid; two sisters, Ramona Best and Rebecca Woten; brother-in-law, David Youngberg and step-daughter, Barbara Caudle.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years Dale L Hooker of Meeker, Oklahoma; 3 brothers, Dale Woten and wife, Wendy Woten of Glade Park, CO; Cecil Woten and wife, Lorraine Woten of Spanish Fork, UT; Alesandrow (Sandy) Woten; 1 Sister, Wendy Youngberg of Denver, CO; Dale’s children, one son Dale Hooker Jr and wife Beverly Hooker of Stigler, OK; 4 daughters, Brenda Jean Pennington of Manchester, TN, Joy Dean Bard of Eufaula, OK, Ruth Ann, Kathy Lynn. 11 grandkids and numerous great grandkids.

Bobbie was a wonderful lady, wonderful wife and she will be missed by many.
