Nelson Allan Pridgen

Nelson Allan Pridgen was born on March 13, 1928, in Wagoner, OK, and departed this life on Saturday, July 9, 2005, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 77. Nelson, the son of Thomas Allan and Emma S. Smith Pridgen, was a resident of Sparks. He married Simone Ledreaux on October 17, 1957, in France. Nelson retired from the United States Air Force during which time he served during both the Korean and Viet Nam conflicts. His parents preceded Nelson in death. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Simone of the home; sons, Mark A. Pridgen of Arlington, TX; Patrick D. Pridgen of Addison, TX; Michael E. Pridgen and his wife Kirsten of Odenton, MD; sister, Betty Lou Dutzel of Sunrise Beach, MD; and 4 grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the building fund for St. Wensceslaus Catholic Church.
