Mary Ann Dossey

Mary Ann Stevens Dossey, age 68, was born on September 1, 1938, in Mattoon, Illinois. She was the daughter of Charles A. & Mary Margaret Russell Stevens. She departed this life on Friday, March 16, 2007, in Shawnee, OK. Mary graduated from McLoud High School. She married Delbert Dossey on November 17, 1957 in McLoud, OK. She retired from Tinker AFB where she worked as a jet engine mechanic. Mary loved to quilt. Mary was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Delbert Dossey, McLoud, OK; 1 son & daughter-in-law, David A. & Sharon Dossey, Shawnee, OK; 1 daughter & son-in-law, Debra A. & Douglas Roark, McLoud, OK; 1 brother & sister-in-law, Charles Edward & Marilyn Stevens, Pasadena, TX; 1 sister & brother-in-law, Carol & Dick Latshaw, Lutz, FL; 6 grandchildren, Dana Lamberton, Jason Dossey, Bryan Roark, Rachelle Carver, Kristen Rosamond and Tracy Roark; 7 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK, with Rev. Larry Sparks officiating. Interment will follow at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK.
