Linley Wayne Basinger

Linley Wayne Basinger, a long-time Stroud, Oklahoma, resident was born on February 14, 1910, in Hollis, Oklahoma, and departed this life on January 26, 2004, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 93 years. Linley was the son of Ed and Maggie Jane Ragan Basinger. He worked many years at Tinker Air Force Base and was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church in Stroud, Oklahoma. He married Julia Adeline Fillips on April 8, 1928 at Dale, Oklahoma. His parents, wife, three brothers, four sisters, and one grandson preceded Linley in death. Survivors include: Two daughters & sons-in-laws: Lavonna & Don Kinnomon of Stroud, Oklahoma. Mildred & Willard Hamilton of Edmond, Oklahoma. Five grandchildren and Seven great grandchildren
