Laree Armstrong

Cleo “Laree” (Pershall) Armstrong, 98, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2022, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Laree was born on December 3, 1923, in Little Caney, Osage County, Oklahoma, to Everett Earl and Nancy Elizabeth Ellen (Hamrick) Pershall. She married J.E. “Jay” Armstrong in January of 1942. Laree was a homemaker. Laree was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Armstrong; her son, Jimmy Armstrong; and a grandson, Jason Armstrong. She is survived by 3 children, Janet, Michael, and Pamela; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren: as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
