Kevin Dale Hodge

Kevin Dale Hodge was born on November 20, 2012 at 3:21 AM, and entered into rest November 20, 2012 at 9:45 PM, in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. Kevin, the son of Steven Hodge and Deanna Maddox, was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Carl Schmeusser of Prague. Survivors include his parents, Steven Hodge of Edmond and Deanna Maddox of Cushing.; grandparents, Rhonda Smith and Sonny Moore of Sparks, Stacy Wilson of Shawnee, Pat and Sandra Patterson of Cushing and David Maddox of Wellston; great-grandmother, Alberta Grimes-Schmeusser of Prague; twin brother, Keith Lee Hodge, who is currently in the NICU at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM, at the United Methodist Church in Prague with Mike Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery in Prague.
