Everett Johnson Clarkson

Everett Johnson Clarkson, long-time, Davenport, Oklahoma, resident, was born on March 16, 1914, in Pontiac, Missouri, and departed this life on August 9, 2004, in Stroud, Oklahoma, at the age of 90 years. Everett was the son of George Washington and Nancy J. Johnson Clarkson. He married Cyril Mae Roberts in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, on January 15, 1938. Everett was a retired carpenter and of the Baptist faith. His parents, five brothers and three sisters preceded Everett in death. Survivors include: Wife of 66 yrs: Cyril of the Home: Two sons: Ben Clarkson of OKC, OK; Jim Clarkson of Davenport, OK: 4 Grandchildren: 6 Great Grandchildren: Other relatives & many friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 11, 2004, at the Davenport Cemetery, in Davenport, Oklahoma, with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Chandler.
