Eloise Elaine Robertson

April 23, 1931 — December 10, 2025

Meeker

Eloise Elaine Robertson was born on April 23, 1931, in Zanesville, Ohio. Eloise spent her early years growing up in Ohio, where the values of resilience, hard work, and devotion to family were instilled in her from a young age.

While living in California, Eloise met the love of her life, Paul Chandler. As an Air Force wife, Eloise embraced a life of service and adaptability, traveling wherever her husband’s duty called. Together, they and their growing family lived in Guam, Florida, Texas, Alaska, and Canada before eventually settling in Oklahoma. Throughout these many moves, Eloise worked tirelessly to support her family, holding positions in local school systems at several duty stations and even working at Cape Kennedy during their time in Florida. During her time as a dedicated Civil Servant for the Department of Defense, she was made an honorary member of the AWACs division in recognition for her hard work and dedicated support.

Following Paul’s retirement from the United States Air Force, the family made their permanent home in Meeker, Oklahoma. Tragically, Paul passed away shortly after his retirement, leaving Eloise to raise their young children and manage the family farm. With strength, determination, and unwavering love for her children, she remained in Meeker and continued building a life rooted in family and community. Eloise later married Norman “Dwayne” Robertson.

Eloise enjoyed staying busy and living life fully. One of her favorite pastimes was making trips to the casino, which brought her joy, entertainment, and plenty of good stories to share. Above all else, Eloise treasured time with her family, finding her greatest happiness in watching her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren grow.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Paul Chandler; her second husband, Norman “Dwayne” Robertson; and her brother, Clarence Bentham.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Paul Chandler and his wife, Leslie, Karen Peterson, Sharon Briceland and Kim Morrow and her husband, Eric; her grandchildren, Rachel Chandler, Sara Chandler, Micah Peterson, Kevin Briceland and his wife, Gabrielle, Kristin Briceland, Kendall Ragsdale and her husband, Ray, Erica Price and her husband, Jonny, Shane Morrow and his partner, Destiny, and her son, Kelton and Taylor Morrow and her partner, Brandon, and his children, Addy and Ayden; her great-grandchildren, Bryson Price, Gunner Price, Spencer Marschang, Houston Lunsford, Stevee Lunsford, Bennett Briceland, Baylee Hoffman, Kennedy Graves, Micah Ragsdale, Kiah Ragsdale, and Rayston Ragsdale; along with a host of extended family members and friends.

Eloise Elaine Robertson will be remembered for her strength, devotion to her family, and the enduring love she shared with all who knew her.
