Effie "Sandy" Williams

Effie Williams was born on November 22, 1928, in Micawber, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Friday, September 25, 2009, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, at the age of 80. Effie, the daughter of Ray Eshman and Nora E. (Shivers) Rice, was a resident of Wewoka and a previous resident of Tecumseh, Oklahoma. She married Raymond Ola Williams on June 5, 1987, in Konawa, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2002. She was a homemaker. Her parents and two brothers also preceded Effie in death. Survivors include dear friends,Douglas and Lisa Goodman of Wewoka, Carla and Sheldon Gentry of Tecumseh. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 10:00 AM, at the Little Cemetery in Little, OK with Bro. J.R. Reed officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
