Edith Armitage

Edith Armitage was born on August 28, 1916, in Payson, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 90. Edith was the daughter of Grover and Eula Nicely Cartwright. She worked many years as a housekeeper and nanny. Edith was of the Baptist faith.Her parents, two brothers and three sisters preceded Edith in death. Survivors include, Sons & daughters-in-law, James & Helen Armitage of Meeker, Bobby & Norma Armitage of Meeker, Bother & sister-in-law, Bob & Lucille Nicely of Missoula, MT, Sister, Mable Woody of Chandler, Six Grandchildren, Tiffany & Robert Gear, Scott Armitage, Cherly Thomas, Terri Kiker and David Armitage, 14 Great grandchildren, 2 Great-great-grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends.
