Cody Lynn Bierman

February 9, 1984 — November 23, 2025

Sapulpa

Cody Lynn Bierman, born February 9, 1984, in Scottsdale, Arizona, left his earthly home on November 23, 2025, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, at the age of 41.

Cody was a shining light in the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. A free spirit to his core, he lived a life that could never be constrained by the usual rules. He had a heart and soul that simply couldn’t be contained. Whether his pockets were full or empty, Cody was just as happy—always willing to give his last five dollars to someone in need and finding joy in helping others.

His journey on this earth was marked by love, compassion, and a relentless zest for life. Cody was the kind of person who never met a stranger—only friends he hadn’t bonded with yet. He formed deep connections wherever he went and was especially adored by his nieces and nephews, who knew that with Uncle Cody, there were no rules—only love and laughter.

Professionally, Cody was a dedicated non-destructive testing (NDT) technician who worked for companies like Iris, Prime Inspections, and most recently Innovative Plant Consulting. His work took him all over the United States, and he truly loved the adventure it brought. Although he joked about disliking Wyoming winters, he found his favorite work in the Permian Basin and enjoyed his final role in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Cody is survived by his loving mother, Sherrill Bierman; his brother Casey; sister-in-law Allyson; and their children Cade, Dakota, and Dickey. He leaves behind a loving extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins who all adored him. He is preceded in death by his father, Rickey Lynn Bierman, and his grandparents Ray and Wilda Bierman, and Bill and Wanda Nickell.

Cody’s legacy is one of kindness, freedom, and a love that knew no bounds. We will remember him not for how his life ended, but for how he lived it—fully, fearlessly, and with a heart open to everyone he met. May he ride on in peace, and may we all carry his spirit forward in our hearts.
