Clarence J. Cooper, Sr.

Clarence J. 'Bud' Cooper, Sr., was born on January 16, 1927, in Danville, IL, and departed this life on Saturday, February 14, 2004 in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 77. Bud, the son of Leo Elmer and Clara Blaine Baker Cooper, was a resident of Shawnee. He married Norma Jean Bray on September 11, 1949, who preceded him in death on April 29, 1971. Bud married Louconda Fern Abdullah on June 18, 1977 and she preceded him in death on January 5, 1998. Bud was a member of the Teamster?s Union and Maplehurst Retirees. His parents also preceded him in death. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, C.J. Cooper, Jr. and wife Carla of Newalla, OK; daughters, Brenda Sue Gleason of Chandler, AZ and Beth Ann Cooper of Mesa, AZ; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
