Christene Vennum

Christene Vennum, was born on December 23, 1931, in Tryon, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Saturday, February 4, 2006, in Edmond, Oklahoma, at the age of 74. Christene, the daughter of James J. and Mary E. Hicks Amrine, was a resident of Tryon, Oklahoma. She married John E. Vennum, on November 12, 1960, in Elk City. Christene was a homemaker and a member of the Tryon Christian Church. Her parents, husband, and son-in-law preceded Christene in death. Survivors include, Daughter, Tena Butler of Tryon, OK, Son, Davis Vennum of East Liverpool, OH, Sister, Betty Westfall of Nicoma Park, OK, Brothers, Eddie Amrine of Midwest City, OK, Jackie Amrine of Enid, OK, Three grandchildren, Three great grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends.
