Charles James "Sam" Duffy

Charles James 'Sam' Duffy, Kendrick resident, was born on February 12, 1940 in Kendrick, Oklahoma, and departed this life on March 11, 2013 at his home in Kendrick at the age of 73 years. Sam was the son of Charlie Henry and Dolvie (Lewis) Duffy. Sam worked at Allied Roofing in Stroud, Oklahoma and farmed. His parents preceded him in death. Survivors include one son, Samuel Duffy of Ludlow, OK, one daughter & son-in-law, Elicia and Luke Clark of Prague, OK, one brother, Alvie Duffy of Kendrick, OK, two sisters, Jeweldine Osburn of Chandler, OK, and Charlene Phillips of Chandler, OK, three grandchildren, Dakota, Tierra, and Maleah Clark, other relatives and many friends. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at the Bethel-Greenwood Cemetery near Chandler, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
