Billie Jane Grider Hopkins, Stroud, Oklahoma, resident was born on August 27, 1924, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and departed this life on March 4, 2004, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 79 years. Billie was the daughter of Glenn and Marjorie Nimmo Hopkins. She was a retired beautician. Her parents preceded Billie in death.
