Anna Pauline Zimmerman, lovingly known as Pauline, was born on May 20, 1932, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Jack and Nola Irene (Deatherage) Morgan. She passed from this life on October 26, 2025, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 93.
Pauline married Dennis Rogers Zimmerman on July 20, 1948, in Mountain View, Oklahoma. In 1972, Pauline and her family made Prague their home, and she would remain a proud member of the community for the rest of her life. Later in life, she married John Hayes. A devoted and longtime member of the Prague Church of Christ, Pauline lived her faith with quiet strength, steadfast love, and generous kindness. She was a devout Christian lady who blessed everyone who knew her.
Gifted with a gentle spirit and an industrious heart, Pauline found joy in flowers, traveling, cooking and baking, and in reading and studying her Bible. She had a special way of making holidays sparkle and cherished camping trips with her family. Above all, her family was her greatest treasure—her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchild were the lights of her life. She was, in every sense, the greatest mother and grandmother—wonderful inside and out.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dennis Rogers Zimmerman; her second husband, John Hayes; three sons, Roger, Larry, and Randy Zimmerman; three granddaughters; her brothers, Raymond, Lloyd, and Donnie Morgan; and her sisters, Zula Cook, Gail Johnson, and Norma Roddy.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Rick Zimmerman; two daughters, Denise Weig and Dana Clifton; her siblings, Sandra Lee and Billy Morgan; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends who love her so much and will miss her deeply.
