OBITUARY: Alvin Joe Hoggatt Alvin Joe Hoggatt, a Stroud, Oklahoma resident, was born in Seminole, Oklahoma, on September 05, 1929, and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma, on September 12, 2005, at the age of 76. Alvin was the son of Arthur R. Hoggatt and Clora Conallis Hoggatt. Alvin had lived in Stroud all of his life. He was an oil field worker and was affiliated with the Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister. Survivors include One Son Jody Hoggatt of Cushing, OK One Daughter Jarita Rook of Wientzville, Mo.
