Alice Rachel Mitchum

Alice Mitchum, Davenport, Oklahoma, resident was born on July 17, 1942, in Dewitt, Arkansas, and departed this life on August 9, 2008, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years. Alice was the daughter of Herb and Charlene Eugenia Moody Rutledge. She married Raymond Mitchum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1966. She attended the Assembly of God Church and was a home maker. Her parents, one brother, one sister, two daughters, one son, and three grandchildren preceded Alice in death. Survivors include husband, Raymond Mitchum of the home Five sons, Raydon Mitchum of Davenport, OK., Leroy Mitchum of Kendrick, OK., John Mitchum of Stillwater, OK., Elvis Mitchum of Kendrick, OK., Carl Mitchum of Stillwater, OK. Three daughtersElizabeth Schoolcraft of Wewoka, OK.,Sylvia Adkins of Davenport, OK., Alice Rachel Mitchum of Kendrick, OK. One brother Carl Rutledge of Noble, OK. One sister Virginia Morgan of Noble, OK. 42 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, 6 Great-Great Grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at the Davenport Cemetery in Davenport, Oklahoma with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Services are under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
