Tonji Jo Pryor

Long-time Stroud resident, Tonji Jo Pryor, departed this life on Saturday, August 12, 2006, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 63. Tonji, the daughter of R. B. and Altiva Cansler Keesee, was born on December 29, 1942, in Hollis, Oklahoma. She was a caring, hard-working nurse who helped people in the community for 30 years. Tonji was a loving and dedicated mother who will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Survivors include son, Russell Wayne Roundtree of Port Richie, Florida; daughters, Chris Roundtree of Katy, Texas, Penny Heard of Shawnee, Oklahoma; brothers, Randall Keesee of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Donald Keesee of Bethany, Oklahoma, Billy Joe Keesee of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
