Pam (Sala) Cooper was born on July 11, 1954, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Friday, September 11, 2009, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 55. Pam, the daughter of George Franklin and Jaunita Ann (Cook) Sala, was a long time resident of Prague. She married Bobby Gene Cooper on August 5, 1974 in Cook County, Texas. Pam was a secretary for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and a member of the Lighthouse Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, two sons, Robert and Joseph Cooper, two sisters, Judy and Georgia Quary, and one brother, George Sala. Survivors include husband, Bobby Cooper of the home; son, Jonathan Cooper of Prague; father, George Sala of Prague; brother, Buddy Sala of Mustang; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Danny Cooper of Prague, Carolyn and Larry Lehenbuaer of Mustang, Wanda and Don McNeil of Mustang, Mary and Kenny Tootle of Yukon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 2:00 PM, at Lighthouse Holiness Church in Prague with Bro. Aaron Brock officiating. Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
