Otis E. Edwards, Sr.

Otis E. Edwards, Sr. age 90, of Tecumseh, OK, was born on May 2, 1920, in Chickasha, OK. He was the son of Daniel & Pearl (Grow) Edwards. He left this life on Friday, October 15, 2010, in Norman, OK. Otis proudly served in the U. S. Army during WW II. He worked as a roughneck in the oilfield for many years. Otis enjoyed mowing and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty, one son, Robert, one great-grandchild, Freedom Mussom, four sisters and two brothers. Survivors include his son & daughter-in-law, Otis, Jr. & Donna Edwards, Choctaw, OK; daughter-in-law, Linda Edwards, Tecumseh, OK; sister, Bessie Cotton, Chickasha, OK; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at the Tecumseh Mission Cemetery, Tecumseh, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
