Merle Vivian Mize

Merle Vivian Mize was born in Noble, Oklahoma, on January 20, 1940, and departed this life in Shawnee, Oklahoma on August 14, 2005. She was 65 years of age. Merle was the daughter of George and Lena Belle Barnhill Mize. She married Henry R. Mize on October 18, 1957 in Bakersfield California. Merle was a homemaker and a resident of Lincoln County for many years and was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, one granddaughter and one grandson. Survivors include her husband:Henry R. Mize of Meeker; Three sons: Richard Mize of White Oak TX., Henry W. Mize of Meeker, OK., James B. Mize of Sparks, OK.; Four daughters & son-in-law: Vickie L. Tipton of Arab, AL., Lanell & Carl Warren of Texarkana, TX., Rebecca Rudd of Norman, OK., Suzanne Bristow of Shawnee, OK.; Two brothers: Ed Mize of Taft, CA., George Mize of Bistow, OK., One sister: June Hook of Fillmore, UT.; 21 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
