Mary Faye (Bullock) Tucker, long-time Davenport, Oklahoma, resident was born on September 16, 1919, in Davenport. She departed this life on August 28, 2018, at her home in Davenport at the age of 98 years. Faye was the daughter of George and Anna (Barksdale) Bullock. She married William Tucker on March 23, 1947, in Davenport. Faye was a member of the Davenport Church of the Nazarene, she served as a Sunday School Teacher and in many other areas of ministry. Faye also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed being a care giver and taxi driver to numerous folks around Davenport, and doing crafts. Faye will be greatly missed. Her parents, husband, nine siblings, and one granddaughter, Amada Bromley preceded Faye in death. Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Ronald Bromley of Davenport; grandchildren, Scott and Dena Jo Bromley of Davenport, Tracy and Charlie Williams of Kendrick, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Evan, Cody, Zachary, Anna, Jade, and Olivia; great-great grandchildren, Jackson, Lilly, Brooklyn, Revan, and Gunner; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 31, 2018, at the Davenport Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. Jordan Serracino officiating. Burial will follow at New Zion Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma. Faye's family will be receiving friends and other family at Parks Brothers Chapel in Chandler on Thursday evening 5:00PM to 8:00PM.
