Glen Junior Salyer

Life-long Stroud resident, Glen O. ?Junior? Salyer, departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma, on Friday, November 25, 2005, at the age of 82 years. Glen was born in Stroud on November 11, 1923, to Glen W. and Verda Wages Salyer. He served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. He married Norma Gene Taylor in Oklahoma City on June 8, 1946. Glen was the owner and operator of B & C Tank Trucks in Stroud and was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
