Frank M. Kasper

Frank M. Kasper, 86, of Fredericksburg, formerly of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died at his home Sunday, June 27, 2004, after a short illness. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1941 ? 1949. After his military service, he held various jobs in the engineering field, including an aircraft factory in Tulsa, until his retirement in 1992. Mr. Kasper relocated to the Fredericksburg area in 2001. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne Kasper; father, Frank Kasper; mother, Susie Kasper; and sister, Elvina McCall. He is survived by his only brother, Elden Kasper, and numerous nieces and nephews.
