Blaine Edward Ray Skaggs, infant son of Gary Skaggs and Kylie Natasha Ann Stevenson, was born Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and went to Heaven on March 28, 2013. Blaine is survived by his parents; two sisters, Kerry and Kayla Skaggs of Prague; paternal grandmother, Peggy Skaggs of Prague, and maternal grandmother Janice Achterberg of St. James, Missouri. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 2:00 at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague, with Brother Tim Emmons officiating.
