Beverly Cozart

Beverly Cozart was born on May 15, 1937, in Corbett, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 74. Beverly, the daughter of Edward and Minnie (Halford) Heartsill, was a resident of Meeker. She married Francis Cozart on June 1, 1956, in Durant, Oklahoma. Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Cozart; her parents; two brothers, James and Carl Heartsill; and one sister, Othilla Thompson. Beverly is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law; Loren Cozart of McLoud Gary and Marie Cozart of Meeker; one brother Carroll Edward Heartsill of Conroe Tx; grandchildren Gary Dale Cozart Jr., and his wife Amanda, Christopher Francis Cozart and his wife Leann, and Katherin Irene Cozart; great-grandchildren, Braxton Cozart, Phanon Cozart, Brayden Cozart, Tanner Hathcock, Eli Cozart, Jackson Hathcock; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 10:00 AM, at Rossville Cemetery in Meeker with Rev. Kenneth Lantz officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
