Susan Kay Hensley passed away on April 1, 2026, at the age of 50.

Susan was born on September 20, 1975, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to Carol and LeRoy Lacey. She was raised in Bartlesville and graduated from Bartlesville High School. Following high school, Susan dedicated herself to caring for others, beginning her career in childcare—a role that reflected her nurturing spirit and compassionate heart.

She later moved to Westville, Oklahoma, before settling in Stroud in 2011. In Stroud, Susan continued her life of service while working in the kitchen at the Stroud Nursing Home. She found great joy in helping and caring for others, always putting the needs of those around her before her own.

Susan was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and sister. She cherished time spent with her family and would do anything for them. Known for her kindness and gentle nature, Susan touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Archie Hensley; her children, Jasmine Anderson and husband Patrick, Ashton Adams, Tristin Adams, and Haylee Hensley; and her brothers, Mark Lacey and Kendall Lacey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carol and LeRoy Lacey.

Susan’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will forever cherish the love and care she so freely gave.
