Lippert
October 11, 1935 – June 2, 2026
Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Stroud
10:00 - 11:00 am (Central time)
Dolores Dean Lippert, longtime resident of the Stroud and Bristow areas, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on October 11, 1935, in Stroud to Van and Josie Barrett. She was raised in Bristow and graduated from Bristow High School.
Throughout her life, Dolores spent time living between Oklahoma and Colorado. She especially loved her time in Colorado, where she found peace and joy in the beauty of the mountains and nature around her. Dolores enjoyed spending quiet time watching her favorite television shows and was known as a woman of few words, but her love for her family spoke volumes. She was a faithful Baptist and remained devoted to her faith and those she loved throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, O.C. Lippert; her parents, Van and Josie Barrett; her son, Ronnie Lippert; two brothers; and one sister.
Dolores leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: her children, Debbie Oliver, Vicki Oliva, Danny Joslen, and Jackie Hoover and husband Mark; her grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Anthony, Josh, Elizabeth, Kaylee, Ben, James, Sam, and Nicholas; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her stepchildren, Caroline Lippert and David Lippert; along with many extended family members and dear friends.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Stroud Nursing Home for the many years of compassionate care and kindness shown to Dolores.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
