Benny Leon Kellogg was born on February 26, 1951, in Okemah, OK, and departed this life on Wednesday, May 11, 2005, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 54. Benny, the son of Burch Albert and Elsie Mae Morphis Kellogg, was a resident of Paden. He married Janice Treat on April 1, 1971, in Gainesville, TX. Benny served his country with the United States Army as a Medical Corpsman during the Vietnam era and retired from Tinker Air Force Base following over 30 years of service. He was a member of the Burnett Mission Church. His parents and one brother preceded Benny in death. Survivors include his wife, Janice Kellogg of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy Leon and Shawna Kellogg of Paden; daughters and sons in law, Kristy and Glen Collins of Noble, Barbara Lachelle and Alan Sweeten of Paden; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronnie and Karen Kellogg, Charles and Joyce Kellogg, Douglas and Peggy Kellogg, Joe and Veda Dodson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linnie and Ray Heard, Phyllis and LeRoy Earnest, Velma and Acey Luellen; grandchildren, step-grandchildren, Timothy and Blake Kellogg of Paden, Brandon and Michael Benham of Paden, Taylor, AJ, and Parker Collins of Noble, Kayla and Dakota Brown of Paden, Greg, Tami, and Kristi Sweeten of Paden; aunt, Grace Morris of Bearden; uncle, Henry Kellogg of Yukon; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
