Pauletta was the daughter of Woodrow Clarence and Opal Clarice (Evans) Price. She married Richard D. Ellis on July 3, 1987 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Pauletta worked as medical assistant and attended the Assembly of God Church in Chandler. She served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.

Her parents, husband preceded Pauletta in death. Survivors include, one daughter & son-in-law, Katrina & Michael Herndon of Chandler, OK, two sons, Patrick David Heinze of Chandler, OK, Alex W. Heinze of Chandler, OK, one brother, David Lee Price of Edmond, OK, one sister, Patricia Price of Edmond, OK, six grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, 10:00A.M., at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler, Oklahoma with Rev. Hugh Willoby officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
