Kenneth K.K. McBroom "Mac", age 85, of McLoud, OK, was born on December 21, 1924, in Drumright, OK. He was the son of Earnest & Lillie Mae (Dickinson) McBroom. He left this life on Wednesday, May 26, 2010, in Shawnee, OK.

Mac proudly served his country in Alaska and Europe. He was retired from the Army and civil service.

Mac was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Cristina M. McBroom, daughter, Kelley L. McBroom 2 brothers, Hobart and Herchel, 2 sisters, Ruby Yound and Viller Renfro Cummings.

Survivors include 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Kenneth H. & Debbie McBroom, Harrah, OK, Keith A. & Gloria McBroom, Shawnee, OK; 1 daughter & son-in-law, Terry Ann & Albert Coffman, Harrah, OK; grandchildren, Kyle & Arrean McBroom, Kacee & Jason McDonald, Kayla & Chris Duroy, Kean & Jamie McBroom, Megan & Adam VanWart, Shawn & Christi McBroom, Christina E. McBroom, Jessica Henderson, Angie Massey; great-grandchildren, Cameron Duroy, J. D. McBroom, Macy McBroom, Natalie Duroy, Ben McDonald, Kayle VanWart, Macy VanWart, Addison McBroom and many other relatives and friends.

Services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 29, 2010 at the First Baptist Church, McLoud, OK, with Rev. Mike Taylor & Rev. Larry Sparks officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
